Cute store with everything Patagonia. Women’s, Men’s, Kids, and Newborn. Fitting rooms and a play area for kids. Jackets, snow pants, vests, sweaters, tshirts, gloves backpacks, hats, and the list goes on. Clean space. Helpful associates. Parking is tricky if you don’t know there’s a parking lot across the street.

Awesome jackets!! Tons to choose from too I ended up getting myself one these jackets last for years and are very warm the staff here were all nice and Charlotte was very accommodating to any help I needed def will recommend to friends great place!

Love the brand and the in store experience here is great. Super low key and never any pressure to sell you anything. Plus the brand has programs to let you trade in clothes for store credits.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a company and a jacket. I bought a men’s down sweater hoodie, which is just a great down jacket, but apparently the sweater hoodie. That has been the favorite jacket I’ve ever owned in my life. It kept me warm and extreme cold yet was somehow light enough to feel comfortable even when temperatures were in the 40s They must be the down. This jacket has been my prize possession for about three years until recently. The zipper broke which honestly I got weirdly bummed about because of how much I love this jacket. I called the Saint Paul Patagonia store and they said no problem bring it in and will give you a new one. I just walked in told him about my zipper And they said, oh no let’s get you a new one jacket. That kind of customer service And standing behind the quality of their product, long-term like this is almost unbelievable these days…truly incredible Service. I’ll never buy any other jacket if it doesn’t say Patagonia. Good work guys

Amazing service and friendly staff! I brought two jackets in to get fixed, one with a stuck zipper and one missing a button, and both were fixed in less than 5 minutes! Thank you for a great experience!

The rep told me honestly he wasn’t sure if they could be repaired, but Patagonia stands by their gear. Then he did something I didn’t expect: he replaced all four items on the spot. No hassle. No paperwork. Just real service from a brand that means what it says. That one moment was all it took. I’ve now switched my entire wardrobe to Patagonia and I’m converting my family’s too. I’ve always loved Patagonia, but today my experience took that appreciation to a whole new level. I brought my 15-year-old Patagonia messenger bag to the store to ask about repairing the worn, scratched-off reflective strips. The staff let me know that this particular part couldn’t be repaired—but then they did something truly remarkable: they offered to trade in my old bag for a brand-new one at no cost. I walked out with a replacement that was equivalent in value and quality, completely free. This level of customer service not only impressed me—it reaffirmed our confidence in Patagonia as a brand. Just two weeks ago, my wife and I spent about $1,000 on Jackson Glacier parkas, and we weren’t entirely sure whether we had made the best decision for our budget. After today, we feel completely reassured. We know we’ll be able to enjoy our parkas for many years without worrying about unexpected issues. Patagonia has earned our trust all over again. Outstanding products backed by outstanding service.
